Greetings fellow stargazers! We hope your viewing experience here at the observatory is pleasant and the skies are clear. Happy stargazing!

Contact List: If at any point you observe something non-trivial to be broken, malfunctioning or you break something yourself, it is imperative that you call one of the club officers. (If you are unsure if the item broken is of importance, call an officer). Less important items (e.g. lightbulbs) should warrant an email to uias@uiuc.edu Report ALL problems, even minor ones by sending e-mail to: uias@astro.uiuc.edu.

If you are having trouble with the telescope or other equipment, follow these procedures to report the problem.

For minor problems:

1. Record in the log book (always do this first)
2. Notify the UIAS club officers by email to uias@uiuc.edu

For more serious problems (i.e., anything endangering the telescope, building, or other equipment)
